Edward Harrington Heyburn has been representing personal injury victims since 1997. Ed is a Certified Trial Attorney and is a firm believer that trial technology help a lawyer explain a clients injury to a jury in the 21st Century. He uses Trial Director, a laptop and a projector to show the jury how valuable his clients’ cases are. Some say a picture is worth a 1,000 words; Ed says it is worth a lot more!
In 2004, Ed Heyburn had 2 of New Jersey’s Top 20 Verdicts. In January of 2004, a Jury awarded Daniel Marsdale $1.4 Million for injuries he sustained in a work related accident. Two months later, an Ocean County Jury awarded John Kociyan $2.5 Million for a construction site accident. Curently, Ed Heyburn is representing sudents and the United States Government in a fraud case against the The High Tech Institute and The Chubb Institute.
